This is not your average business book – funny how thats how every business book begins. I thought I would do the same. Irony huh!
Quite simply, this is just a book about building a web app. It was written over the past 3 years. I’ve taken ideas from my own blog and formed them into longer articles. Others are just short snippets of advice I’ve picked up from running my own profitable app.
When building my app, I knew I was onto something. During this process, I managed to break many of the traditional business and startup rules and instead did things my own way. I tried to look past the jargon, technical terms and MBA crap and strip building web apps and startups down the basics. And I discovered that pretty much anybody, who has an idea, can make it a reality. The hardest part is starting.
As you’ve more than likely picked up on, this book is online. And because its been put together with Wordpress (the best content platform), you can comment and ask questions on any chapter. If you have any lingering questions or are just not sure how a chapter could relate to your startup, ask away! Each and every question will get answered.

Really looking forward to this Anthony! Do you have a timeframe on when the rest of the articles will be finished?
Within 2 weeks. The articles that are not hyperlinked yet get uploaded regularly and will be done soon. You’ll also see some new articles appear in the same fashion (teaser first, hyperlinked within 2 weeks).
Basically John I’m aiming for 150 articles and then will keep things fresh with a blog.
